ijnx and quality
Quality assurance and quality control aren't an overhead. Nor should they be a paperwork exercise in getting ticks into boxes. We believe that, done properly, a formal quality system yields benefits for all concerned. It reduces errors and consequent rework. This frees technical and creative staff to do their jobs whilst increasing client satisfaction.
ijnx believes in quality. It is part of our business plan to seek third party ISO9001 accreditation as soon as the cost of the external audits can be justified.
Quality should be built in from the ground up. If a client has a quality system of their own, ijnx will, of course, work to that. Otherwise, ijnx and its sub-contractors will work to the company's own ISO9001 compliant quality system. Clients may, of course, have sight of the manual on request.
Our aim is that every job should generate an unqualified reference for our portfolio.
